This Contest is for Real Hands: Rodeo Photos from the 1930's June 15-August 3, 2005 This exhibit is part of the Texas HELP project, a program administered by Exhibits USA and funded through the generous contributions of the Houston Endowment , the Meadows Foundation , the Don and Sybil Harrington Foundation , the Texas Commission on the Arts , the Texas Association of Museums , and the Institute of Museum and Library Sciences .
